Reason:

After flashing mod file car starts at full throttle(to 2000rpm then 4-500-5000rpm) and shuts of in a couple of seconds off and didn’t start anymore, just crank, not more. 

I flashed the readed ori back land it started, but with fault codes like DDE FRM JBE  etc.. 
I erased all the faults and wrote another file from my tuner, But It did the same again, starts at full trottle then shuts off. 

Finally I putted the original back, this time without any fault codes. 

First I tought CKS no corrected, but Kess does it automatically, so the 2nd file was CKS corrected...

Can someone figure out what the issue can be? I don't wanna blame the tuner but after the BMW I tried my tool on another car and it did R/W succesfully without any issues..

Thanks mate, but car returns next week again, till then I wanna figure out if it's a file problem or an issue with my tool, don't want the customer make the distance again for nothing....

Most likely the car key have been to dealers and have Tprot activated, boot mode will solve it

It's EDC16 not EDC17...

the files are correct for your car, thats good, so not database file

looking at files is stage 1 tune, looks ok tune not all % crap you normally see thats good

no areas of map changed where chks cannot be made so not a copy and paste error thats good, and i make it that both remap files have checksum already done for you, atleast thats what my winols says

sounds to me like immo problem, i did vw passat not long ago where another person brick ecu and didnt know how to clone new ecu, on new ecu it would start then cut out after few sec. did immo off and car up and running again

strange how you get error when flashing stock file, you have no error on remap file?

I don't now, maybe like you say an immo issue, but he doesn't have it when the original is flashed again.

After the 2nd attempt with remade file and still same result, I reflashed the original and he had no faults, only when reflashed the ori after.

Tuner sended me a 3 version, but the customer tripped a lot after the second attemt his car at full throttle and afer no start, so I stopped and didn't write it, not used to it neither, never had a car that didn't start after mod yet.

What my tuner says now is that it's a file from another remap that he allready did do with EGR off and just enabled the EGR back on, my cust didn't want it. But like you are saying cheksums etc are recalculated at the 2nd file also.

Maybe like you say Immo issue, but did you also had the same on the assat that it turn a couple of second on high rpm?

I just say what it is like, I am unsure what issue is here, but act abit like immo

I know sometime with bmw you cannot drive car until remap file is flashed because car won’t start, because immo change, but never seen where car rev itself like this, Remap don’t make car behave like this

I think is nothing to do with tool as it write read / write ok just car do random behaviour

I have 2000+ Remap projects, lots of times is possible to have same project from another customer that you tweak for new customer, like you say reactivate egr to make tuning only

this one is realy strange one mate   my first thots was bad file but after quick look at I see its prety normal one..this ecu is easy flashed by many tools so this is probably not the case, immo neather as isn need to be matched for starting in 1.place so only explane would be that file get courupted over server,rar,or by programs(like compare and save in two diferent editors) can sometimes do mess..I had simular case like this few times..so when get car back tel us here I can do new file from scratch for you

i havent downloaded your file but this could happen if someone uses a map pack not for that sw.
