Hi, 
I have Citroen C5 mk2 1.6HDi which has steering wheel angle sensor problem. I have checked it with Lexia. About problem, it occured after when I have dismantled dashboard because of faulty climate clacks. Now I don't know sensor problem caused by faulty sensor, cable or connection. 


When I looked to lexia for troubleshooting, i have found some instructions. But I couldn't find the connectors to check insulation and continuity. Can anybody show me the place of connectors?

By the way I don't know can I measure the cables and connectors with my basic multimeter. Do i need any specialized tool for Citroen? If yes, can anybody send me the link, photo etc?

I have checked the cables, new are not good. I read 120ohs between can-h and can-l. I don't know what I have to do. By the way I made measurements while 47V BE connector of the ESP ECU unconnected. I am waiting for your help.

I have follow lexia instrucions too and the values are below.

I would not trust AD wiring diagrams on a complex system like Citroen has, sometimes they are wrong and you spend many many more hours looking for problem that is easy fix with correct diagrams

Hi,
I have two faults in Abs/Esp menu both of related with steering wheel angle sensor. First is steering wheel angle sensor Internal signal fault, second is steering wheel angle sensor not calibrated. 

When I try to calibrate, I get an error message "operation not started" 

And at the paremeters menu steering wheel angle sensor is seen as "not operational", "not calibrated", "adjusted" value is "336541.4" and not change.

May be I have a faulty sensor. But before I change it I want to sure everything is ok on car. Steering wheel angle sensor not sold separatly. It is inside the under steering wheel column and it is expensive part.

I have working Sedre on my computer too. I have looked the cable diagrams on Sedre but I couldn't understand well, because there is no legant for labeling. For ex, there is a part labeled as cv00 but there is no any information what is cv00 or where is it. And there is no any value to check the measurements.

Hi, today I have measure the resistance of can H and can L while ABS/ESP ECU's plug is plugged. And value is 60ohms. I think it seems ok. But SAS seen as still "not operational".

I am stuck. Please tell me what I have to do.
