Hey, guys, please help me.

Win10 64-bit  Rheingold   Error

Failed to start ISTA.
Please make sure your ISTA configuration is valid.
In doubt reset any non standard ISTA configuration and reinstall ISTA.

did you follow install instructions ? spider allinone x86x64 VCRedist x86 x64 All In One Multilingual
as well as net frameworks thru 4.7.2

describe how you installed ISTA, start to finish and whether you followed the known instructions.
