Question about cloning EDC16CP31 with kessv2 or ktag
Hello Folks!
I have a EDC16CP31 and I want to clone it completely to another unit. Is it possible to do this with Kess V2 or do I have to buy K-Tag and do it on the bench? |

you can clone by full bdm read via ktag. kess will read only partial flash and you need full read , flash + eeprom + micro. with ktag you can do a backup in one single file that contain the all above .

Absolutely, changing on the flash in the new ecu will lead to bad circumstances. Always do bdm for thay operation
