First

You need to read the RULES as you're breaking a few; be careful as this will lead in banning your account,

3: DO NOT POST Links on the Board! Links must be attached in a text file.

8: No links from other Forums with similar content.

Second,

What mattydr67 has posted on that thread is two photos of old and new canclip which you already have here on this forum. So no solution for your problem is posted on that thread. What makes me think is how can a clip interface drain a battery so quickly, if it does then the interface should get hot, I mean hot because draining the battery so quickly through a diagnostic interface is not that easy, could be that your battery was weak in the first place itself. When I do diagnostics on weak batteries I make sure the car is running so I have full power to diagnose.

Diagnosing on a weak battery will also result in weird problems.

Is it good (is it allowed?) to make all tests with running engine?
If yes, sure, there will be no problems with the battery

Edit your previous post and remove that link..yes it should be no problem at all diagnosing cars while running..most of the time you need the car running for observing the live parameters for MAF, EGR, O2 sensors etc..if some modules don't load while diagnosing because of the car running then you can switch it off to diagnose that specific module but mostly it should be OK

RE: Clip V.139 install win7 32
New Problem, plz help!
today I have installed Can clip 140 (same problem was with 139).
in the Windows XP. Windows was clearly installed at formatted disk after v139 issue.

Win XP Dutch versiion, Can Clip language also Dutch.

the problem: RSRWIN.exe original and non-original both do not run (same as with v.139).
It says about internal error and does not run... and asks to contact the SPX Helpline
I cannot register clip!
Look on attached picture plz

RE: Clip V.139 install win7 32
Today I reinstalled Windows to English XP Pro, clean Install.
Can Clip (other countries, English) gives same result: it is not possible to register Clip on my laptop ...
