Remove the four screws on both sides;



And you'll have access to the boards, two of them;



Just slide them out carefully

I would advise you to check the connections all around as they tend to come loose after a while OR carelessly tossing the interface around, take care after all these are Chinese fragile components and get damaged easily. Also there is a very good thread here covering the dodgy connection issues, I advise you to read this thoroughly, it might help

First I want reinstall software and check it again.

One question
When i connect clip to car and laptop two lamps are green and two are red. Then two lamps are flashing.
Please tell how it should be if Clip is good? How Clip works?

The sequence of leds is as follows; on connecting just the USB the CAN USB led will go RED. When OBD connected then ISO BATTERY led will go RED then the CAN will go GREEN followed by ISO led will go GREEN. If you have these leds then your canclip is fine (well according to me).

Which leds are flashing? Flashing leds usually means some activity is going on, could be anything firmware updates etc..or you have a cocktail of software's mixed up. Do you see any activity on your screen when the leds are flashing? Try to uninstall every last trace of canclip software and reinstall from fresh. Let us know how it goes and we'll take it from there.

Yes you have the newer pcb with bluetooth, it looks OK though, again could be loose connections somewhere or software problems, do a fresh install as you said and generate your own key from the post below

Today I again installed the V139 of cedrsan without problems.
When connected to car and PC two leds are green and two - red.

But windows 7 did not ask for 4 old drivers. It has installed only one driver with name:
" 1B-Alliance Vehicule Communication Interface " with version 3.2.2.0 (26.07.2013)
this driver is of Bosch Automative Service Solutions SARL.

do I need install 4 drivers (if yes, how?) or that driver is enough?
