Great news. Yes on mini when not manually overwritten it will install older bootloader. Mine we got manually overwritten to 07-18 bootloader (006.025.001 if im sure). I hope thats high enough for full screen carplay. Hopefully you will be able to fix the slightly offset sidebar. Seems like it is configured for the screen utilization of bmw and not mini. Eventough like this its still useable. Never the less it is great news!
