Hello guys i have a problem with dpf off on this engine, after dpf off i have white smoke on exhaust, i done next:

Turned dpf by the switch on 1D0F20  and zeroed three maps 7x12 after tubo maps "delayed effective matrix for the consideration of the engine operating state during the regeneration"
All three connectors from the sensors are disconnected, also egr is closed by three hysteresis maps and physically closed.

Also tried swiftec solution which does dpf switch off, limp mode off and one lambda switch to  02 on 1eee1c.

In any case i have a white smoke on exhaust and smell like regeneration

Injectors are tested and they are good


Somebody have some idea what did i miss..?

the file is ok you did it wright

White smoke = cooling water
Black smoke = fuel (gasoline /diesel)
Blue smoke = oil

So guys what are you suggesting..? I need to find some solution, because customer thinks it's bad dpf off file...

i have once  white smoke from bad egr. but here the file is ok.


i stand correct. with what tool did you read it?
i thing the read is not good there maps missing

The car is 150 km away from me, i also thought i t could be egr and i told him to go to mechanic and close physically egr, they did it but still same with white smoke.

maybe too long was cluged before you remove it and demage alredy done

Do you think damage on egr or on something else..? Egr is off by hysteresis and closed physically, there is no limp mode and there is no gas recirculation so i think it's something else

It was read with kess v2, i think file is good, i found all maps for tune, in bdm read i guess it would be one more or few code block but they are not in use

i refer to obd reads . from all files that i find to compare with yours there is a block missing from yours
