We try to connect to S1000RR 2018 (this one has 16pin obd like car) with ESYS and getting the error:

Connection check failed.
Gateway/ECUs are not correctly connected or not responding.
However Functions using the ODX-Data can be used. [G188]

We use ESYS 3.27.1 with latest psdzdata 4.16.40 and original ICOM NEXT (tried ESYS 3.33 also).
We tried all possible connection options in ESYS with ICOM IP (via ICOM/D-CAN, ICOM/Ethernet, gateway URL).
We tried with ICOM reserved and ICOM released in iToolRadar.
Firewall off, wifi off and all other network adapters disabled. ESYS is set to motorbike in options.
ISTA is connecting without any problem.

Any suggestions what to try next?

Did you try through direct connection or Router?

Sometimes it happens to me, but if the ISTA-D connected and read, leave it and thenntry E-sys!

start ista d select the ip , dont use itool radar or easy connect , use it like free ip as you use ista . go ahead until ista is seeing the ecu's ,leave ista open and start esys , connect chose bike ,chose k001 and go ahead .
