Better than R270 ?
Hi to all,
Two questions: As R270 for eeprom flash (6WB 35160) works fine, but sometimes must try 2, 3, 4 times before it decodes KM, and also little slow to read/load/save files.. is there a better tool, not very expensive ? 2d Q.: No news about the flash of new 35160 eeprom ? (6WB F3x and Gxx) - except emulator Thanks |

maybe VVDI prog, but vvdi stop sell adapter for 35160wt, because have any fails.

In your link they are talking about CG Pro 9s12 that can read and write 35160WT. About this chip, nothing is clear. I feel like people don't want to share their experience.. From my side, I can read and WRITE this eeprom (35160WT) with R270+, but it's not able to decode mileage and erase it. Once on the car, the eeprom will take the right target VIN, but the mileage will not be corrected, even if the cluster odometer value is less than what is on the car. RED DOT impossible to remove I'm about to buy another tool for this microchip, but I really not found a thread where people talk about a one working for 100% |
