Hello,

i have retrofitted an lci climate control / ihka in an bmw e60 from 2005.
It has pre facelift high automatic control installed from factory.
Furthermore i have changed pin 21 like in the attached picture.
Furthermore i have coded it with #0909 zeitkriterium in fa with ncsexpert.

I have installed lci climate control with part number : 6411-9177717-02

There are no failure codes in the ihka panel stored, checked it with inpa.


But the climate compressor does not go on and i don´t know why ???

Anyone can help or give a hint ??

Furthermore i try to update ihka software with winkfp and the flash process failed.
Look at the attached picture ??????

Try this if you have $530 in your fa than remove it and Add $534 and recode CAPPL/MASK and IHKA production date dont need to be changed

I don´t have mask/ccc/cappl unit anymore.
I retrofitted NBT unit, thats why i also retrofiited lci climate control.

You did not relocate 1 wire. Well known process documented on other forums.

I have cut pin21 and wire ground to car and +12v to climate control panel pin 21.
What other wire i have to relocate ???

Try with ista-d to manually activate the klima compressor. I can also send you the trace file of an E60 LCI with retrofitted cic if it helps.
