What version are you currently using and what version are you trying to update to?

I finally got around to trying the launcher, of course it doesn't work and I can't figure out why

1. You don't have previous en-us language file installed. So nothing to be delta-updated! Do you REALLY need en-us???

2. You en-gb current version is bollocks. Definitely not written by ISTA launcher. So it does not even TRY to update it, because current version (as read from registry) is hundreds of years into the future (IF ever)...

In the last lines of your logfile you can read that 'BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_DELTA_zh-CN_4.39.31' file is missing. Get it, place it inside the updatedirectory and run the launcher again. Inside the logfile you can really easily find out what is going wrong. So if you still gonna have trouble always have a look at the file first.

Your welcome. If still something goes wrong look inside logfile and watch out for lines with „error“. Normally there is always one or more files missing.

I have a small problem. When I update 4.39.20 to 4.39.25 everything works great with the console. He updates to the 4.39.25. If I want to update to 4.39.3x with the console, it gets to 50% and then stops. Or it aborts with an error. Where is the mistake? I can't get any further. Would be great if someone would help me.
