Hi guys,

I had to swap a faulty SME in an X5 xdrive40e.
Did the programming, and transferred battery values from the old SME.

However, now i need a 12 digit code from the EOS tester to be able to 'activate' the HV contacts of the SME.

This could should be stored in the old SME. Anybody know if i can read this with TOOL32 ?

Eos test generates the code after a succesfull test... So think you need to do that.. And then put in code through Ista/d...

Yes exactly EOS test/ code is needed after battery pack was opened.

Since i don't own a EOS tester, i'm gonna head off to the dealer.
