SOLVED!

Hello 

I have 2 PC for E-SYS.
One is a laptop and another one is a desktop.
Both pc installed same version C++ and framework.
cert also added.

Laptop pc is updated to 3.4.2 working no problem.

Desktop pc has problem.
3.4.0 was working fine.
When I was updated to 3.4.2 then didn’t come login screen.
Then I uninstall the launcher pro 3.4.2 and reinstall 3.4.0.
Came up login screen.
It was working launcher pro 3.4.0 again

Anyone knows this problem?

Try this: delete %Temp%\Cache content and Install NET.framework 4.8
