If you replace transmission, remember that you need to align the immobilizer (ISN) in the used box otherwise it won't work

I can also erase the ISN in the 8hp, then it just has to be installed and flashed on the vehicle.

I'm thinking that maybe the shifts are a bit more agressive because the 2TB(SAT) software is loaded to the gearbox. In comfort mode, the gearbox shifts preety well. But, in sport mode is verry agressive. On manual mode, every time a gear is changed, i get a 'bump". I will try to remove the 2TB option and flash DME/DSC/EGS with standard 8HP software. Just in case...can this ISN erase, be done remotely? I'm living in Romania.

Your transmission is showing wear that will get worse over time, the guide ZF adapted values table is for trans that have severe problem
300 up to 350 (positive) adapted values are a concern that shows the trans is beginning to wear the bushings, negative numbers means something is beginning to hang (requiring less pressure). You can chenge the trans without much fuzz if you transfer the CU to the replacement trans, just be careful no to touch the connect pins and to leave it on rest on plastic to minimaze the static electric shock |

Ok, so basically there is no software/adaptation related problem. It's just the transmission wear. Is there something that can be done? Or I just have to wait for the transmission to fail, and then to repair it or replace it? Are there any "magical" transmission additives that can compensate the internal wear? |

Best option is to buy a rebuilt transmission. A used transmission could have the same problem like what you have now. Either way it wont be a cheap fix.
