A very long thread, but am at wits end. A 2005 Astra H, manual transmission with Z20LER engine that was modded or upgraded for more power and all. All keys lost.

I deleted all keys present and tried to program a new key with PCF7941 remote key. I got key failure notifications with both Opcom and other tools I tried using. I then reset the immobilizer, tried programing, still no joy. Sent for a different set of keys with different transponders, and no joy.
Upon trying to reset the ECU, I was notified that 'SECURITY CODE NOT PROGRAMMED'. When I input the security code into the CIM and try to reset, I get a Reset succesfull message using Opcom.

Now to the error codes;
Kindly bear with me as they are too many from ECU, CIM, IMMO, REC, UEC to give complete information so I may get advice.

After resetting the Immobilizer did you reprogram CIM Module back in............? from your fault codes it looks like you have not...........

You need to program CIM Module back in and follow the right procedure and than reset REC Module, UHE Module & Instrument Cluster.......

When I did reset the CIM, I did reprogram it by going in 'Immobilizer'>Program Immobilizer function>CIM Installed.
I then try to program the keys, no joy.
Could you enlighten on what the right procedure is? Am open to correction and guidance.
