I bought a retrofit MMI PLUS for my Audi A4 B9 in a scrapping near my home.

I've changed the MMI to MMI PLUS, when I put the MMI PLUS everything worked, but after a few minuts the protection of components jumped.

I have the VAS5054a in transit to my home and I need help to liberate components
someone can help me realize this liberation?

I asked in a shop of multimedia devices, an they tell me that the unit need a codification extra to block the comunications with Audi servers. It's true?

the unit works prefectly, only is disabled the entertaintment by the component portection

as soon as component protection is removed the official way all activations will stop working, nav, apple car play etc.

you need to get you mib2 hacktivated, component protection bypassed, this way all things will stay working. there should be some guys on here that can help you or try google and youtube

Show FW info. Necessary is to make CP OFF by dealers tool- vas. If maps will not work it need to be hacked by fw.
