Outdated Launcher PRO 2.8 is a separate issue altogether and is irrelevant to what what E-Sys & PSdZData combination he uses.

to update the sdp .istapackage with launcherconsole?

so this psdzdata is exactly the same as in data_swi folder

and can I update again with the next update with istalauncher console

With free pro launcher 2.8 last working version of E-Sys is 3.30.1. You need ask shawn about last PSdZData supported version by E-Sys 3.30.1.

Setup with esys 3.33.4

Earlier version works perfectly!

I don't do any Motorrad myself, so I am not a good one to ask. I think though all the "K" ones are for Motorbikes.

I have not tested 4.19.13 Full with newer ISTA 4.19.21.
