hope can help me with my issu....     Car is an F11 2015, i retrofit Lane warning (5AG), in this case i had to change the ZGW2 from 4SK to 8SK because need more Ports for the Flexray BUS.

So Change the Hardware (ZGW) make a Backup and Restore from Master in VCM, ESys. Restore Vin, Fa, FP.... everything O.K.

My problem is now when i do a Flexray initalisation (called in ISTA) or "Steuern_learn_flexray" (called in Tool32), [think this booth are the same!] all Felxray ports will be closed and i have no communikation.

This i can see it by doing "STATUS_FLEXRAY_PFAD" in Tool, all ports closed 

Try to open it manuly by "STEUERN_FLEXRAY_PFAD" e.g. 0x00;0x1 will not work, nothing changed. 

Only soulutinios what is working in the moment by tool32 ist "STEUERN_RESET_LEARN_FLEXRAY", so all ports will be open again. But then i got a Error code in the ZGW that the Initalisation is missing (Flexray Autolern nicht in Ordnung) Try to do it again will closed all ports and i´m starting from the beginng.

I have same problem. After flashing the zgw2 to 4sk.
Can you please explain what is hc2=sww flashing resolves?

Its very easy to fix that problem. First we must do "STEUERN_RESET_LEARN_FLEXRAY" so all ports will be opened. Afther that open Esys and read ecu list in esys and save it as svt_target. In VCM Master load this file like as svt_target and do Write SVT. Afther that close ESYS and open ISTA and do Initialise Flex Ray Bus. Now clear all errors and voila, after car do ignition change all errors in ZGW has gone and HC2 will be visible in ECU list in ESYS and ISTA. Regards!!!!
