Copy file to identical car
Can I use a stage 1 file which I found here on an identical car (same engine, same hp, same ecu) or do I have to modify something?

no you cannot
if it was that easy then only 1 stage1 file would exist for each model of car you need to transfer the tuning to your ori file, that is why tuners exist |

If you have your original backup file and it's the same file from which the tune has started you may use it.
