XZBMW  F10 Fuse box connector
All,

I am retrofitting acc in my 2015 F10.
I need to add new wire to fuse 46.
Does anybody know what is the part number for the wire bushing that goes inside

Kind regards

RE: F10 Fuse box connector
The ACC supply is actually shared with the radiator shutter drive unit. So you have 3 options, the BMW way which is to use a fuse connector that has an extra feed to tap onto (61136937069) or buy a cable splice (61138364566) this part is only sold from BMW in multiples of 25 so try ebay. Or find an empty fuse position noting it must be terminal 15N which is an ignition switched fuse and add the wire to the fuse box using this part (61138377730)

Interesting, I don't seem to have any wire for fuse 46.
Unless I am looking at wrong place? Or counting the other way round?

I would say it’s the green and red one towards the middle. Fuse 45 would be red and blue. The thicker green and grey is fuse 47 EGR.

I don't know much, but if I've helped you're welcome.

RE: F10 Fuse box connector
That makes sense!
I connected Kafas to EGR then! smile
I feel bad now. I need to fix it once will be adding ACC wire.
In general I want to do all in BMW way. No hacks, no shortcuts, only original parts - ideally.

Regarding that grey male socket on my photo, it has 2 rows.
Is my assumption correct that 2nd row is same as 1st row, but just for 2nd set of wires to same fuse?
Therefore that is where I would need to add wire with 61138377730?

Also where are you getting this info that this is 61138377730?
I was looking for it for days.

Kind regards

Fuse 46 is for ACC not KAFAS2. KAFAS2 should be spliced/connected to fuse 44. I use an online ETK, bimmercat is my ETK of choice. All the parts you’ll ever need are right there. F44 is KAFAS2, F46 is ACC. I don’t think the second row is for adding second/additions connectors as the connector itself is what the fuse plugs into, however I could be wrong with the addition of the tap fuse in that socket. I’ve never actually fitted one

I don't know much, but if I've helped you're welcome.

Seeing the photo attached, I came to conclusion that to get 2 rows working, you need to put 61136937069 into main (deep) row, then you can attach 61138377730 in the second upper row.
61136937069 is longer than 61138377730 and in that photo you can see that where both rows are utilised, the metal element around the wire is elevated.
Therefore this is probably most "BMW" approach to add new wires- replace original wire with new with clip, then put the old one in upper row, connecting it to the clip of new one.

I wish I knew that before wink

One last question: where are you buying new wires which you need to add for all the retrofitting?

Thanks for all your help mate!

You are 100% correct, just had a look at some spare parts. See pictures.
