Hello!

I had a retrofitted NBT Evo ID5->ID6 in my former car which came already with stock ATM. Worked even with emulator fine.

Now I have another car with same setup (OEM ATM) and would like to use my Evo HU again. I´m thinking about best way to fit: Using again an emulator or better go with fake FSC set?

The basic OEM Connected Drive services (news/weather, eCall, etc.) worked even with emulator fine. Another CD services won´t work anyway as my OEM ATM won´t allow more I guess.

So what is the advantage of fake FSCs? I have no additional cables and I would have Carplay... What else?
What would you recommend?

I have found via google search HU Tool 2.6 which should be suitable to generate Evo root patch and then FSC set to be then inserted with Esys. Is this tool OK?
By the way, the download I have found was infected according to my antivirus program

if i were you, i would go with fake fsc set for the sake of its simplicity. and if youre familiar with esys, it'll be even better.
