Hi everyone, I'm having a problem in importing custom FSC retrofit set in a 2014 F10.
The car originally came with hu_entery and I'm retrofitting a NBT off a 2015 F10. I first VO coded the headunit with $609 and removed $606, I then generated the custom set and uploaded the bin file in the USB, however, the headunit did not restart on it's own. I then tried to virginize the headunit and deleted all existing FSC via tool32 and forced a restart. Now the RootCetStatus is showing Accepted as shown in the photos but every time I try to import any FSC it gets rejected.

So do u think this is a problem with patching the headunit or it's something to do with the procedure of impoting the codes?

My procedure is loading the correct file, putting 0x63 as the diagnostic address, Identifying the headunit as (HU_NBT), click WriteDatabyIdentifierVin the start, click StoreSIGcert and load the SIGS.der file, click StoreFSCCert + CheckFSCCert + StoreFSC +CheckFSC then press start and repeat for each FSC file. I've also loaded the FSCS.der file from Options -> Settings -> FSC.

Please correct me if there's something wrong in the steps or if there's is a way to activate those FSC set.

Problem is that your NBT not auto restart, this shown patch not applied correctly.

You need to manually restart NBT after applying patch. Only at second time it will restart automatically.
The procedure is this:
- Place USB with bin to patch unit.
- Wait 30 sec-1 min.
- Remove USB.
- Manually reboot NBT (with tool32, esys, pull the cable...) .
NBT will boot, and after a while (max 2 min), it will reboot again.
Then you can import fsc.

Use transmitter, quick and easy.

 Launch Transmitter, at bottom set "tester diag addr" to "63" and set "diag msg" to "11 01", then hit "Connect" and "Send"

Thanks everyone for your replies! Actually it turned out that this car have a combox fitted in the boot so a new HSD cable for the usb must be routed between the nbt and the usb socket as well as other wiring for the Bluetooth and the most cables.
