Yes I always run 1 MS port delay, port COM1. I installed BMW tools 212 and then i updated with SPDATEN V69 using BMW coding tools, ediabas/ncs then winfkp.

So taking eeprom out was the wrong way of fixing problem ? I killed CPU software? Shouldnt work by OBD maybe with an ICom ?

Attach the EEPROM dump here.

WinKFP and also NFS use data stored into EEPROM for identifing the module. So it might be useful to have a look (if EEPROM dump is ok).

Here comes de eeprom dump from cluster.

I tried to unplug fiber inside the cluster to have a luck on OBD Can but here error comes

So guys, if i just buy another cluster part, does it matter if is from LCI or PreLci ? Besides the VIN and KM updating

you should be able fix on bench with ori files, there should be some on here

For bench testing / programming you need Gateway (emulator or real (ZGW)).

Connections on instrument cluster are:

X17 / Pin 06 - CAN High
X17 / Pin 07 - CAN Low
X17 / Pin 09 - 12V0
X17 / Pin 10 - 12V0
X17 / Pin 19 - Ground
X17 / Pin 20 - Ground

The EEPROM dump you provided seems to be good. I found no problems what can WinKFP make struggling to update them.

This is the error i get continuously. I tried with even with ICOM, i tried with winfkp in develop/expert mode to manually select DATA and Program files, nothing, same authentication error.
So if i buy another kombi, what are the steps ? Write VIN in eeprom, put km 0 then SG_Codieren with NCS Expert?

Use winkpf and only chose uppdate and not program god charger aswell
