I used this thread method to delete FSC in CIC HU F-serie (generalPersistencyData_DiagnosticSWTController virgined with filezilla)- worked fine
Then I installed all FSC, except 0x28 (I don't have it - only 0x27 that doesn't exist in the HU between apps) - All accepted without issue
Finally I installed new 2018 maps. 0x28 FSC was accepted after that

The problem is the "NAVIGATION" is still grayed in the iDrive menu.

(Of course, the HU VIN match the car VIN)

Wonder if anyone here can chime in.

I followed the instructions here and it worked.  All the FSC cleared and I was able to load the repair kit not problem but after the car went to sleep,  all the FSCs disappeared again.  

Any idea?

5. upgraded FSC's with ones from ASAP
6. reboot cic than navigation wasn't greyed out but than i needed to type in FSC for maps an navigation worked

But now after car go to sleepmode navigation is greyed out and lost FSC's i think
What is the solution taht FSC's dont lost after sleep?

coded VO with esys 

removed data 01-03 files via ftp and changed to virgin swt controler file 
rebooted cic and via esys comfort mode upgraded a fsc  from fsc repair pack
navigation after reboot started working and all ok 
but after car sleep i have navigation greyed out 

 tryied one more time to delete the files and problem the same
now i have
