  Does it matter what kind of VCI  the person is using ?
Say, if one is using an Original Bosch Xentry VCI, is it still necessary to have those certificates in place to be able to diagnose the 167, 223 and newer cars ?

The Certificates are a software dependency ???

It needs a certificate to work properly, but I see a long expiry time for the certificate in some of the diagrams
