Try to make install with date back on your system as specified in the txt file , next to setup.exe and it will work that install also.

no need to do that. For PO use Petka_Data_PO.exe installation file from Install_Data_PO folder and all will be good. Don`t run it from Setup.exe file.

This is the same version that is distributed here only with the current spare parts and price updates. And you can easily update them yourself in the program.
