5054 clone reccomedations
could anyone point me to a 5054a clone, I do realise for the most part they gonna be fake components ect, but original tool is beyond my means, as Im not in the trade, just a diy'er , , I need to buy one, (got x2 i bought years ago, which were only fit for trash, missing many components and did not function) hoping someone could point me to a seller possibly not in china, just to speed up shipping times

Get one with a green PCB, AMB 2300 and OKI chip. Those are the best in my experience.

for my taste NO CLONE , not worth 10 cents these days. Better buy a second hand device for 150 EUR and you will be more then happy.

Don't waste your time with chinese clones, all are crap - fake chips, missing chips, disconnection issues etc.
If it's enough for you, buy a 2nd hand original 5054 - if not, then bite the bullet and buy an original 6154. With some luck you can win an auction at eBay just about 400-500 eur. If you mean it seriously with the cars, buy and use original devices. |
