Hey there,
 I retrofited frm2 (xenon+ahl) to prelci frm1 car (xenon only). Now I got lwr errors, I suppose due to missing ahl and different software settings. Pinout should be the same. Can I flash the frm with nonahl soft? Does anybody tried this? I would like to not brick it  thanks

From your info I sense you didn't code the frm to the car.

There are different FRMs for AHL and NON AHL

Your constellation does not work.

• Cars with "Xenon + AHL" has SMC ECU in each headlight. These ones doing also LWR
  
• Cars with "Xenon only" hasn't this SMC ECU, LWR is controlled by FRM
  
• You use a retrofitted FRM wich has no hardware for LWR, because the SMC ECUs should do the job
  

Flashing is useless, because the hardware differs.

Use one of the FRM2 types below:

• FRM 2 E87 E9x XE
  
• FRM 2 E89 E9x LED XE
  

Do NOT use:

• FRM 2 E87 E9x AHL
  
• FRM 2 E89 E9x LED AHL
