RE: BimmerUtility vs Esys Launchers
I'm thinking about replacing my Mac Book Pro with a new one with M1. But you can't install Windows on it via Boot camp. Will BU run on a virtual machine?

No, it won't support VM
You could try EsysNext or how remaining EsysX developers call it
But you stuck with lots of problems using VM anyway

No it will not, buy an Intel MacBook Pro and you can use boot camp with BU with no issues.

RE: BimmerUtility vs Esys Launchers
I bought the BimmerUtility a few months ago.  It seems to work really well and fast.  Updates seem to be integrated, and it appears to have CAFD translation to very recent PSdZDATA.  I am very happy overall!

Yes, agreed!  The guy comes "back from the dead"!  Posts for a few months and touts a great new version released, but you try to contact to buy and it doesn't work.

I paid for the v.3 Launcher a few years ago, never got a user/pass for the website, so I can't even login to see if I can get the version I paid for 2 years ago, or ever try to get the latest version!!

RE: BimmerUtility vs Esys Launchers
Any of actual launchers has this functions:
SVT node descriptions for all nodes with fallback to older SGBMID if no exact match found in KIS WBs?
Very useful feature from EsysX.

RE: BimmerUtility vs Esys Launchers
Hi Rob, is it possible to have same feature as Esys Ultra and login to SWL-SEC and sign CAF files?
This coding 2.0 is causing a lot of pain for some.
