What version of Esys board do you use to Flash NBT.
I have the same problem as you With Esys 3.34 and I got 3.30 successful job

Have tried 3.27 with psdz 3.58, 3.31 and 3.39 with latest psdz


It calculates me different file versions for this NBT. Maybe your files are incompatible. Check this svt_soll.

Did you use "HW-ID from svt-actual" button?

I think your files are messed up, because some SWFL has 003_005_001, others has 003_003_001 and others has 003_005_007 versions.
Only BMW services:

Remote coding/programming - E, F, G serie
HDD change, Carplay, Screen mirroring activation
FSC pack - CIC, NBT, NBT EVO, ENTRYNAV2, MGU, KAFAS
Remote reset 8HP ISN F serie
ELV disable for CAS3, 3+

What fault appeared when it failed? Did btld passed correctly?

Bootloader flashed ok, error was same as before.
If I use my soll all other swfl flash ok, could it be just swfl 00001e6b-03.03.01 is incorrect?

 Accordingly to esys, all your files versions are wrong (003_013_001 are correct) and additionally they're not integral since some SWFL files have different versions than the others. With the correct calculation all SWFL versions should be the same. I can take a look remotely by Teamviewer if you like.

So, with much help from Matthew53 we determined that this error was caused by the dvd drive. Replaced the dvd drive with a used part, then flashed with esys 3.31.
