As message tells you, you MUST HAVE online backend to generate coding data. So you need some kind of official ISTA. You won't resolve it with any offline tool.

I have ISTA from this forum installed on my laptop, is ok?

Nope. Official = Online.

This is something we will have to assume. More and more models will need back end support from BMW ( or official on line conection ) as the release notes are anticipating on each new release......

Won't Launcher 5 or EsysUltra be able to fix this since they have the SWL-SEC logged on?

Do you have the actual caf on your pc? I seem to be missing the affected caf in local data.

Yes its on my PC and attached, remove .txt extension
