DME MG1CS003 cannot be read (solved)
Hi
I have a MG1CS003 SPC5777 here and would like to connect it so that I can read it with ESYS. Does anyone know how I have to connect it to FEM to read it out Thanks |

Esys is using obd2 port to communicate. In my opinion you need either FEM key programming box or bench wire harness assembly (need DME / FEM / Cluster / start button / elv / obd2 port bare minimum).

You need to connect FlexRay (FR_BP_1 and FR_BM_1) with 120ohm resistor to read it via esys.

Got another DME and connected it like in the picture. Then FlexRay clamped without resistance and it is visible in ESYS. So apparently the other DME has a defect.
