Installed drivers from drewtech official page,but not accepted the interface,still red .Installed on win10 64bit.

You have a counterfeit clone - are you sure OFFICIAL drivers work with them? Very often clones have own drivers.

Anyway, have you actually tried to connect to a car?

That message about "device is not supported by GM" is normal for any J2534 tool, which is not GM MDI/MDI2 device. Maybe CarDaQ will be in the "supported" list too.

Old cardaq1 interface was the one that was supported full by GM , also in tech2win, the new models i am not sure as you do not know if they still have an arrangement with GM for them also.
