With a good FA you can flash it. But you cannot with your current factory fa, which is why SVT target is marked red with HU_NBT and not HU_NBT2.

Seems nobody mentioned it but since it’s a retrofit you will lose fsc patch after flash! Or they did bought oem fsc wich I highly doubt.
Find vin of mini with oem evo, use that as reference. |

I can send you an i3 FA that will easily calculate svt/tal without any problems, and if you use the last psdz data you will also get last Mini menu.
And you don't need to do any “custom tal” etc as others says, because i3 has the same files as mini and also evo is the same. • EGS7/7DCT300 ISN RESET REMOTE •
