Technical Campaign notification
Hello friends!
My car (G 30 Pre LCI) sent notification BMW technical campaign 0013850300. I updated the software of all units to the latest version 22-07-540 by myself. The notification of the technical campaign does not disappear. Please tell me how to remove it from drive and My BMW apps? Or can only the dealer do it? |

You can’t perform the campaign by your self. Only dealer performs and the campaign notice will not displayed on My BMW apps.

They don’t know your car had latest software. They have to perform the campaign and to record to their system. If the software is updated today and they don’t have to do it.

They will carry out a hot run to ISTA Online, this will generate a protocol that will be sent to BMW and after some time after BMW accepts this, your Technical Action will disappear from the vehicle.

BMW dealer does not use ISTA Online. They use ISTA with FASTA.
If the I-Stufe is higher than the campaign, then there is no programming needed. However some BMW dealer techs may make a mistake and update the software anyway if not paying attention. |

FASTA is the close eye of a big brother; DDD Fast is used to let BMW AG, Know what is happening at the Dealership, i.e. how diagnostics is carried out, whether the replacement is justified and it also serves to let Fleing Doctor know what has been done and what not if the technicians are not can cope, Ista online, in my opinion, works on the same principle because so does bmw AG knew what I was doing: D

On my previous car (F10), I used the kulanz several times, this is a very good option that helped save my money |

i have made many updates for this campaign on g30 using Sedoy's Ista, and after the car will sync with the servers and the system will know that it has a higher Istep the campaign will disappear.
