No GAL reflash need
But use vcds 11.11.5 for Long Coding
The vcds 12.12.0 has LC issue
No need to reflash the tool again. It will works with same dump as you already flashed your tool

Is one problem with this VCDS,connect to car LED not work,then disconnect,again connect,disconnect---->connect,green LED work and cable work good,and first need connect to car,after that can connect to usb.

as I have tried to repair read on site but I can not get there by I number of questions.

1. if no GAL / ATF chip is then you do not have desoldering parts

3. with mprog can all ftdi (BL, rl, BM et cetera) programming process?

GAL or not you have to have Atmega not other MCU
If there is a STC in half cases you need to desolder it before programming
For Atmega you need an Avr programmer
Mprog for any Ftdi Bl, Bm Rl or newer Rq
7805 is there the LED will lught up if you plugg the tool to the car
7805 is not there the LED will light up when you olugg the tool to the USB

If you check in your pics the IC2 is not Atmega162.
You cannot flash it
