I got a problem..

VW TRANSPORTER T6
2.0 TDI CR 110KW CXHA Delphi DCM6.2
WV1ZZZ7HZGH140585


In summer +20`C no problems


Situation 1 10`C
Start cold engine
Drive 200meters after that
Glow plug flashing no power
Recycle ignition all ok no problem anymore if engine warm


Situation 2 now 4-5`C
engine will start and run badly feels like half cylinders but not that bad!
Glow plug will flash no check engine
After a 2-5min engine running
turn of ignition start car again and no problem no faults
when engine will rest some time, again same problem, sometimes


Is there a TPI for it?
Were should i start look?
Ecu was tuned In Germany and wery badly hard to drive and bad torque curve(not touched yet)
Ecu not opened,ecu connector ok


Fault codes:
25796 - Body Control Module (Central Electric) 
U0140 00 [044] - No Communications



15560 - EGR Sensor 1 
P046C 00 [108] - Implausible Signal



30802 - Supply Voltage for Fuel Injector Group B 
P2149 00 [167] - Open Circuit



16056 - Oil Pressure Switch 
P164B 00 [096] - Malfunction

Its not egr, its wiring or ecu im asking meybe there is tpi for it or somone had this problem, i rilly dont want take apart eriting.

you will not believe but i manage to fix it by adjusting belt timing by one tooth
Abate egr its just dirty its not bordering me
