Hello,

i need buyers advice on buying Autel IM508 with XP400 Pro or IM608.
Is it true IM508 with XP400 Pro same function for Immo as IM608?
My concern with IM608 higher price with annual update. Or should better buy for IM608.
What about devices for mileage correction?

Currently I use VVDI 2 Full, VVDI Prog and Obdstar DP Plus C.
I would like to cover myself better in Immo and Mileage correction.

508 vs 608 immo function is same and both have annual fees
508 cheaper than 608 as 608 cobe advan ed diagnostic function not included in 508
about km adjustement I have no clue maybe others who own the tool can share they're knowledge

I have the IM508 with XP400pro and Gbox and covers all the functions that the IM608, except that the programming/coding for Benz-Bmw and others brands. Not included the J2534 interface of course. No prob for make keys like a Benz FBS3, CAS, FEM-BDC, Vag BCM2 and others common brands. The tool have a lots of immo functions, like immo off on edc15 vag, reset isn on 6-8hp F series, virgin benz, ecu, vgs, ism, elv, and a lots of other stuff.

For mileage correction, you need others tools, like Smok, Xtool,etc.

forget im608 for mileage correction doesnt work... for this you need digiprog 4
