Hey guys, have a VT/VX holden commodore cluster that we are replacing in the car, and customer wants the same KM as previous as its a SS model and wants to keep it original. 

Cluster doesnt seem to have an external 8leg eeprom, only an NEC MCU, numbers on the mcu below;

780826GC-016
ASSP3-M391
0021K4011

Has anyone successfully done a correction and what tool did you use to read/write, i have probably 10 different programmers and nothing lists this MCU.
