E39 535i 1999 automatic to manual
Hello.

Does that swap need clutch pressing switch? 
When I change DME software from auto to manua car wont start anymore. I coded EWS park/neutral to nicht active. So, should start, but nothing happend.

you still need a signal for clutch switch for EWS3.

VO is not touched. And TCU is disconnected

Code ews to manual with ncs dummy, or manual vo.

the ecu for the AT should be connected and only need to code the EWS. and the car will start. then you should find the correct SW for the engine ecu(MT).
No help for people not give a feedback

If some one have manual EWS FSW_PSW dump that would help a lot smile

I found manual software number from realoem.com but not sure is it right for this car
