Actually usually if you install NEW FLM2 or Used, there’s not working low/high beam at all, and need complete flash!!
As you said, yours Low/High beam is completely working, except drl! Very strange, maybe yours DRL is faulty there? You can try also FLM2 module from other headlight side, and check how’s going then. Bagum4uK
