I also encountered this issue with earlier versions of Launcher 5.
Try opening E-sys alone i.e. without launcher5; make sure Esys is running properly; exit E-sys; and then run Launcher5. This process worked for me. FYI, the latest version of Launcher5 appears to be working properly for me now... however, I completely deleted the previous version of Launcher5 and then deleted all Launcher5 parameters in the registry before installing the latest version. 2020 M340iX

PRO 5.2.4 cooperates with ESYS22.1.0, it can't be parsed by shit, wait for the next version of TM to see if it can be solved!

BimmerUtility works without any issues with the latest ESYS 22.1.
