Positive feed is 12v, I checked this with another mk5 golf with AC that works.

Sorry for late update, didn't have much time to play with it.

Double checked wiring diagram for Golf MK5 2004 1.6 FSI with Climatic AC (not climatronic) and should be like this:

Pin1 - Earth connection 7, in main wiring harness -> 642 Earth point, electronically controlled fan (driver side, behind headlight)
Pin2 - Pin5 on 20pin connector on climatic control
Pin3 - Fuse16 12v (golf481 have confirmed that is 12v)

I have sourced new connector and will re-solder all wires again and test continuity and come back.

New update:

Bought new orig. sensor 1K0959126E and still same error.

Tested to connect Pin3 to 12v and error message disappear, but compressor is still shutdown this time with code 8 ('outside temp filtered' is lower than 3c)

Now questions:

1.  Does anyone know why "outside temp filtered" at showing low temp ?

2. My Pin3 wire have 3v, is there any other VW high pressure sensor for AC which work on 3v and what is part.nr. ? 
(ETKA show at 1K0959126E is part.nr. for my car, but is working on 12v)

Solved with parking car in warm garage on +15c for 2-3 hours.
Compressor worked without any issues.

Case closed.
