Hi, i had installed the car server & Fstool, i've set JAVA_HOME to EC_APPS\java\jre1.5.0_22, and add path %JAVA_HOME%\bin; , but when i try to start csd-start then start_fstool_v2CarServer.bat, i still have error set JAVA_HOME... i'm using W7 64 bits. If someone know where is the fault, please give me some directions, any help will be appreciated. Thanks

the correct path is:

ECC-APPS\JavaSoft\JRE\1.4.2_06

Try installing that version of JRE in this path and keep me posted

I cant connect and ESYS and other things works normal, just FStool is not working.

Try to reserve/lock ICOM first, then it should work fine

Locking icom isn't his problem. He didn't start carserver before fstool.

Yesterday I tried to load my FSC-file 9C (BMW Apps) and FSTool wrote an error:
unknown requester type
Then I decided to Base64 decode my FSC file and got success!
After decode loading was successful and FSTool inform:
FSC aus datei geladen (FSC loaded from file).



Now a new question:
What is required to specify the certificate before import, FSTool fscs-cert.der or 009C0001.der from my FSC files pack?

This version of fstool (2.0.2.1) does not support FSC for BMW APPS (9c) -
carserver is too old. I've tried to change all FSCs in my CIC, everything works except BMW APPS. (Error code 10802).
you have to merge some files from newer sp-data, then everything will work fine.

Which exactly data do you mean mate? I tried FSCtool for 009C but doesn't load up.

You have full instructions to install tool, just read and follow instructions...however certificates included are quite old so...good luck!

Have you try change your computer date to below 12 March 2012 and upload your fsc code?. Changes also need to be made to your time stamp of your FSC. Have you try that?
