Well yes or not
I gave the LAST try to this project before complete new flashing job (with my repaired MOST B...).
I made & signed  a complete new set of FSC's with DIFFERENT (one year newer) date.
Stored those to my CIC.
Everything worked as before, then I made new map FSC (which was different compared those shown here earlier), put 2022 USB in glovebox, put FSC with idrive button, and Voi'la: NEW map data was uploaded!
No, idea what have been wrong earlier, but I'm pretty sure my messing with wrong app nro's caused all previous problems.
Thanks' all help even tough all the problems were caused with bad instruction reading.
Now everything works fine and I can start combox project
