HU-B Entrynav Repair
Got an F30 with a failed HU-B entrynav and hoping for some wisdom! I don't really want to spend on a brand new one and I believe my options are:
1. Have the current unit's hardware repaired. Anyone have a contact in UK who repairs these units? 2. Buy a used unit that is older than the original, so the FSCs will upgrade. But I'm also reading about products on eBay BMW F20 F2x F30 F3x ENTRYNAV NAV ACTIVATOR CAN FILTER Is anyone able to explain if this CAN filter product would be useful and exactly what it allows me to do? If it is really hu entrynav, there is someone advertising on eBay from UK if my memory is not failing me. No need to get older hu. You can wipe stored fsc with tool32 on entrynav hu. And load repair pack afterwards. Only issue might be the stored road map and the road map fsc you have.
