430d Alpina EGS
Hello I have 2018 F32 430d ZF8HP, I want to flash Alpina SW on EGS. I know i have to add 2 codes to VO that is no issue, just want to know if i have to change vehicle type, current is 4X91. thanks

You need typecode 8S51 or 3U51.

I dont recommend the Alpina software unless you have a 435 or hybrid turbo'd 430. The x30d with stock/stage 1 tune doesn't make power beyond 4000rpm (peak hp at around 3950-4000). The Alpina EGS tune changes shift points to 4900ish rpm thus making your car actually slower. Just my 2 cents, try it and see for yourself.
