nothing on display permanently
checked fuses they all look ok

whats the best point to start from?

I've spoken to people before that have had similar problems when the nav dvd is in the unit. I think they solved their problem when they were able to eject the dvd. I believe there is some sort of eject routine using certain buttons on the unit (even when the unit seemed dead this worked)

Try this.

1. Turn ignition on
2. Hold down dvd and cd eject buttons at the same time whilst pushing in power button (rotary button) (this is a reset procedure)
3. After doing this keep pressing the dvd eject button

This has worked for some mates with similar problems. (faulty discs causing ccc to misbehave)

does someone have handy coding procedure for that if i buy used one
for NCS expert or ista/P single module programing

It´s in german but may it help´s you replacing cond....
it´s an example with e60 but procedure is same..
