Hi, I got cas4 to clone customer stated that CAS had no communication and its damaged. Once I got CAS, and the replacement CAS, the original key didn't seem to work when I tried to test it on bench. Cloned the CAS either way, original key still doesn't work, programmed a new key, but still same thing doesn't seem like it's working. 

All tests were done with ACDP CAS4 tester, it's showing that the CAS data is not valid. 

Can anyone help with this? got cas4, dme, and orignal key. 


the customer just admitted that he was updating the car with AUTEL and it failed so he assumed he burned out the CAS that's why he said it was damaged..... 

car is not local to me so no way to check on the car what is going on.

I think you should try to take donor CAS, virginize the keys or add new key
and use the CAS RENEW function

I encounter a problem when I use ACDP to add key on CAS3 OLO1Y in OBD Mode
ACDP is asking me for the working key???
and when it must write the new EEP in CAS3 it fails?

dont write back unless you need keyless function.
is it all key lost or add key? 
0l01y is cas+ you need engine isn or isn from working key

Yes is à CAS3+
ACDP read eprom and he read work key and he write the New key. Now I do write eep in CAS but failed.
And i test the New key only this New key don t work

I have to make a key on CAS3+ in ICP mode
I must read the CAS eprom then I read the working key then I program the blank key then I put the CAS3 back on the car and start with the new key?
I do not write the eeprom?
